The peaches are ripe.
The strawberries are still plentiful.
Don't forget the watermelon!
There were lots of sunflowers for sale.
And lots of annuals and perennials. Love this old picket fence around this booth!
But I passed on the state veggie of South Carolina. ;-)
We're out of town so much this month that I don't think we'll make it down there until July. You don't like collard greens?

Maybe I don't know how to cook them properly, but no...I don't like collard greens. I guess I'm missing out!
Are you traveling to Virginia this summer? I'm planning a trip in mid-July.

Love the pictures--you could do a commercial for them. I got some of those peaches and a cantaloupe there last week.

I enjoyed your pictures. My family loves collards. Last night we had stirfried collards and rice for dinner. I seasoned it with Braggs soy sauce. Delicious! You would enjoy my county's many thrift shops here in southern Maryland. I find wonderful sheets for 30 cents apiece. I collect king size pillowcases...since any pattern goes with my patchwork quilts. I'm curious who your teacher friend is that your bringing to Deb's...and then I remember that it's been 30 years since my BJU career...and not many folks are still there that I know. Just Dr. Panosian! Thanks for the inspirational post.

Where have I been? Your blog popped up in my Google Reader today for the first time since I don't know when. I thought you had stopped...h-m-m-m.
Your photography is lovely. I love the photo of the peaches.
I do want to know, though, how you could pass up collards. My mother would be in hog heaven.
