Mellow debate?

Dean evidently thinks the SC debate is too mellow. Brokaw reminds him that the South is polite but invites Dean to shake things up ..... so Dean starts to attack Kerry on his Senate record on health care. Brokaw says Kerry deserves to give a response, and Kerry takes the opportunity to "explain" to Dean how Congress works.
